Membership

Conditions -

• The Association is open to all licensed Bakeries and Confectioneries or their representatives who must be Singapore Citizen and shall abide by the Rules and Regulations laid down by the Association.

• Any proposal for change of representation to the Association by members in writing are subject to the final approval of the Executive Committee.

Application & enrolment procedure -

• Every application for membership to the Association shall be recommended by a member, for submission to the Executive Committee for approval.

Cessation of Membership -

• Any application for withdrawal of membership shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Executive Committee for approval. Upon approval of such application, a member must repay any arrears due to the Association (if any).

• The Executive Committee shall have the right to give oral and written warning or to expel any member from the Association who contravene any provisions of the rule and regulations, or acts in anyway detrimental to the interests of the Association.
