Study and Trade Mission

On top of training provided by the Baking Industrial Training Centre, we organize tours to Europe, U.S.A, Philippines, Japan, Thailand & Hong Kong for study and trade mission

Seminars & Talks

Frequent seminars and talks on various topics were organized to enhance the knowledge of our industry, latest information made known, in order for members to be able to react to change their business stance

Co-Promotion

In coordination respecting the Elders Campaign, the Association launch a successful one-month promotion together with over 100 bakeries and confectioneries in Singapore.  SBCTA also hold bakery promotion together with U.S.A Raisin Administration Committee, focusing on California raisins as the main ingredient for the promotion items.  The objectives of the promotion are as follow:

• To increase overall sales
• To help enhance existing customer relationship for participating outlets and develop new ones
• To increase staff moral
• To promote California raisins among the bakery trade
• To educate consumers on the nutritional benefits of raisins, thus increasing the awareness of raisin-related breads and cakes

Food & Hotel Asia

This international exhibition is organized by the Singapore Exhibition & Services Pte Ltd.  It is the largest food and hospitality trade event in Asia.  Featuring the latest in bakery equipments, technology and ingredients.  SBCTA is one of the supporting Association.

Lunar New Year Gathering / Tours

In order to promote relationship among our members, we organize large scale gathering on Chinese New Year.  Tours are organize during periods whereby members are less busy.
